    Updated 13 February at 09:54
    From:
    1000 on Sat 13 February
    To:
    2355 on Sat 13 February

Outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow over central and southeast Scotland will gradually clear south during Saturday, to become increasingly focused over parts of northern England. Some locally heavy outbreaks of snow are still likely over high ground with snow also to low levels at times, mainly inland. 1-3 cm of snow is possible above 100-200 m and 5 to 10 cm above 300 m. In addition, icy surfaces are possible, particularly where rain falls onto any freezing surfaces and over lying snow.

Please be aware of difficult travelling conditions and the risk of some transport disruption due to both snow and icy surfaces. This warning has been updated to move the area further south, whilst at the same time lowering the risk of medium impacts due to snow.
